The staff were responsive and helpful. Marvellous location in the middle of Jackson, in a fairly nice area. Neat and decent venue room with a comfy bed and private bathroom. Lots of good food for meals.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming, helpful and courteous throughout our stay. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, especially the rooms. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, with a good variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the location near the railway station made it convenient for us to travel.
Everything was spot on.

If you are looking for an affordable hotel near the railway station, this is a great option. the friendly staff is always available to assist you. the rooms are clean, spacious, and well equipped. the breakfast options are quite varied and delicious, with the Channa roast and the mushroom tikka being some of the highlights.
The approach road to the hotel could be improved.

The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station and the food is delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are adequately equipped with amenities, making the stay comfortable.
The cleanliness of the hotel is questionable. The bathroom floors are dirty and the drains are clogged, resulting in flooding.

This hotel exceeded our expectations during our Thanksgiving stay. We were pleased to find out that breakfast was included and had a great variety. the room size was impressive, plenty of space to move around and enjoy our stay without feeling cramped. the hotel's location was also perfect for us, close to the railway station, which made transportation easier. We loved the fact that we could call the reception anytime and they would help with any problem.
Despite the hotel's many positives, some aspects weren't up to par. the bathroom needed some maintenance as some areas were dirty and had no shower curtains, making the bathroom wet and uncomfortable.
